Paul says that his imprisonment has done no end of good for spreading the gospel because he tells everyone he's imprisoned for Christ and they tell others. This makes Paul glad.

Paul looks forward to departing his body and joining Jesus but says that he can do more good for the new converts by staying in his body. No mention of whether it would be wrong to kill yourself to join Jesus. You should expect to suffer for Jesus though.

Paul talks about the people he's planning to send to the Philippians to check they are still following what they've been taught. He assures them that one guy is fine as they had apparently heard he'd been ill and he did nearly die before God showed mercy on him.

Paul says they don't rely on human credentials, but goes on to list his just in case someone has good reason to have confidence in human credentials, and they were wondering who this guy was who kept preaching at them.

You should practice what Paul preaches (and practices).

Those who follow Jesus will have their bodies transformed into the likeness of his glorious body, so everyone looks like Jesus in heaven?

You shouldn't worry about anything, but always tell God through prayer. He must get fed up of all the whining.

I guess you don't have to just think about Jesus and God all day: "whatever is true, whatever is worthy of respect, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if something is excellent or praiseworthy, think about these things." I actually think I can do that quite easily.

The Philippians have sent Paul lots of things that have helped him through his journeys, this was pleasing to God so God will supply their every need in return.
