It sounds like Titus has his work cut out with the people of Crete, they are known as liars, evil beast and lazy gluttons, and apparently this ugly stereotype is true. So he's got to teach them with authority and by being a good example.

Philemon is being sent back a slave called Onesimus who ran to Paul and converted. Paul says to treat him as a brother now he's converted.
