Paul has a trial and then they wait for Lysias to come before deciding the case, this apparently takes over two years and Paul is kept under guard (with some freedoms) for that time and he never comes anyway.
The various Roman leaders debate about what to do with Paul, they can't see he's done anything wrong, just caused a disagreement over a few points of law within the religion. Paul asks to be sent before Caesar.
Paul likes telling the story of how he came to be following Jesus rather than killing the followers. He is accused of being insane, but claims to be speaking true and rational words.
