Psalm 9: Another one asking the Lord to do bad things to wicked people and have mercy on the righteous - seems to be the general theme here
Psalm 10: Apparently God goes and hides in times of trouble, and needs someone to tell him all about the bad things being done by the wicked so he'll so something about it
Psalm 11: God is being asked to sort out more wicked people by reigning fire and brimstone
Psalm 12: The writer of this one wants the lips and tongues to be cut off of people who speak 'proud things'
Psalm 13: Someone who feels they have been forgotten by God wants to know when he'll be coming back and will sing so he'll hear.
Psalm 14: Oh, this one is a very overused psalm, I've seen too many posters with "The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God.", as if the people who put these posters up somehow think that calling an atheist a fool will make them suddenly realise the 'error' of their ways. And then they have the gall to be offended by the atheist posters.
Psalm 15: Some desirable characteristics of people who want to dwell in the Lord's house
Psalm 16: Someone who's happy that they won't be sent to hell
