David is made king of all of Israel and there are more random killings and slaughtering, some more bloody than others.

Being made king doesn't change David much except for the nearly naked dancing and surrounding himself with concubines and wives. He still asks God if he should go out slaughtering and God, funnily enough, always says, 'sure go for it'.
