Psalm 32: I don't remember whether God has been described as forgiving before now, but it seems that this psalm is implying that sins are forgiven by God. He's more of a smite first at the sign of the slightest transgression sort of deity.
Psalm 33: More rejoicing in living in fear of God
Psalm 34: Good stuff happens only to God fearers, bad stuff happens only to those that don't believe. Oh really?
Psalm 35: A prayer that those that persecute the speaker will get persecuted back. Two wrongs, etc.

Psalm 32

What stands out to me in Psalm 32 is that God is much more ready to deal with sin than I am. I let it eat away at me and my world, and as soon as I own up to it, He is ready to forgive it all. Ck out 1 John 1:9 too.
