wolfbiblemoonGod seems to be switching between being nice to Israel and destroying them here, more nasty consequences for not following him. Or for not being nice to the poor or trying to swindle widows and orphans.
A man will be born who has the Lord's spirit on him, he will be so righteous that even predatory animals will mend their ways and go vegetarian in submission to God. This man will be such an inspiration that all of God's scattered people will return to the land and take it over, oppressing the other people there. I guess that being oppressed makes you want to do it back to others.
They will then be so happy they will want to joyfully tell everyone about how God stopped being angry with them.
