God is planning to build a zombie army and will cause an earthquake in Israel when the people of Gog invade. He seems to really detest the land of Gog, they are all going to die and be buried together in a big grave.

Ezekiel describes another vision of a valley of bones that are brought to life by God. They symbolized Israel who, in their exile in Babylon, had lost hope of returning home. Because they lacked hope, they just went through the motions of life, living a hollow existence (as if they were skeletons of themselves). The Israelites were realizing how good they had it when they followed the covenant, and they wanted their own home again. They were starting to think about turning back to God. God is saying that they will be returned back to Israel.
The two sticks are literally the Northern Kingdom (Israel), who had been exiled by the Assyrians and scattered across the world, and the Southern Kingdom (Judah), who had been exiled primarily to Babylon, they will be unified again. It also may symbolically be referring to the Jewish people, and the Christian people at the end times. This prophecy does indeed speak to the upcoming return from exile after the fall of Babylon, but it also refers to the gathering of God's people at the second coming of Jesus (we'll get to that in Revelation). The reference to God's servant, David, refers to David's descendant, Jesus.

Gog represents the leader and Magog represents the nations that oppose God. They are not discrete nations that existed at the time of Ezekiel, nor do they exist in name today, but are related to Apocalyptic times. The prediction is that this vast army under a leader who opposes God (violently and utterly), will gather to wipe out a large gathering of God's followers at the end time. The prophecy spells out a series of calamities which will impact the army and destroy it.
