God is planning to build a zombie army and will cause an earthquake in Israel when the people of Gog invade. He seems to really detest the land of Gog, they are all going to die and be buried together in a big grave.

Date: 2010-10-22 01:42 am (UTC)The two sticks are literally the Northern Kingdom (Israel), who had been exiled by the Assyrians and scattered across the world, and the Southern Kingdom (Judah), who had been exiled primarily to Babylon, they will be unified again. It also may symbolically be referring to the Jewish people, and the Christian people at the end times. This prophecy does indeed speak to the upcoming return from exile after the fall of Babylon, but it also refers to the gathering of God's people at the second coming of Jesus (we'll get to that in Revelation). The reference to God's servant, David, refers to David's descendant, Jesus.
Gog represents the leader and Magog represents the nations that oppose God. They are not discrete nations that existed at the time of Ezekiel, nor do they exist in name today, but are related to Apocalyptic times. The prediction is that this vast army under a leader who opposes God (violently and utterly), will gather to wipe out a large gathering of God's followers at the end time. The prophecy spells out a series of calamities which will impact the army and destroy it.
