Sorry if I sounded a bit pushy about believing the bible. Though I still seriously recommend you read some C.S. Lewis books. Mere Christianity would be a good start. The book mainly derives from 15 minute broadcasts he gave over the British radio. The beginning of the book narrows down the belief systems with an intuitive view. Whether you accept his view or not, it is an interesting and very descriptive book. C.S. Lewis is great at incorporating stories within arguments and vice-versa.
