Psalm 32: I don't remember whether God has been described as forgiving before now, but it seems that this psalm is implying that sins are forgiven by God. He's more of a smite first at the sign of the slightest transgression sort of deity.
Psalm 33: More rejoicing in living in fear of God
Psalm 34: Good stuff happens only to God fearers, bad stuff happens only to those that don't believe. Oh really?
Psalm 35: A prayer that those that persecute the speaker will get persecuted back. Two wrongs, etc.
