Elihu is still imparting his wisdom, apparently it was God who gave humans intellect. And God is so great he does lots of things that can't be explained, like make clouds, rain and seasons.

I studied Job for 1 semester @ Bible College...Elihu was easily my favorite character...He had the gift of encouragement & it served him well in his effort to help Job to push through for his breakthrough.
